2. Liability of www.HorseStaples.com™,
its officers, employees and directors is limited to a refund of
the purchase price of merchandise bought. This limitation of liability
applies to all damages of any kind including (without limitation)
compensatory, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages,
loss of or damage to property, loss of income andclaims of third
parties.
• RETURN POLICY:
1. www.HorseStaples.com™ wants you
to be completely satisfied with the products you order. If you're
not completely satisfied with any purchase, you may return it
within 30 days for a prompt refund (less Shipping & Handling
charges). Defective merchandise will be exchanged with equal value
merchandise or a credit will be issued.
2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by calling
1-714-647-2400 or email info@horsestaples.com.
Unauthorized returns without RAs are not accepted, no exceptions.
All returned merchandise must include all original packaging materials
and accessories. Ship all items postage paid and insured to the
address mentioned below.
3. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, except when
the item is defective. We cannot accept COD shipments. We reserve
the right to refuse any package that does not comply with our
Return Policy.
• SHIPPING POLICY:
1. We primarily ship via USPS (Priority Mail), with UPS (Standard
Ground, Residential) used for heavy/oversized items. All shipping
handling charges are estimated, based on the total order
cost. An estimation of shipping & handling charges is provided
at the time of order submission. Additional shipping & handling
charges apply for orders with heavy/oversized items without prior
notice.

Orders more than $100.00***
***Order more than $100.00, the shipping and handling charge will
be determined based on weight and delivery destination. (This
applies when the shipping charge indicates a "0" zero
on the order confirmation emailed to you after your order submission).
2. We ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS (Priority Mail) with
Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for delivery of
packages shipped to P.O. Boxes, as we're unable to verify the
receipt of the said package.
3. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands,
and Guam are shipped via Parcel Post and may require additional
charges. At present, shipping to international addresses are unavailable
online.
4. Credit card and electronic check orders require 6-8 business
days for processing, before delivery. If your order cannot be
shipped within 30 days, we will notify you of the expected ship
date.
5. www.HorseStaples.com™ accepts
Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and
Discover®. The security of your online purchase at www.HorseStaples.com™
is 100% guaranteed.
6. Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to addresses in California
state. Sales tax will be applied to the sub-total order,according
to local tax rates.

may at any time revise these Terms of Use, Return and
Shipping Policies by updating this posting. You are bound by any
such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page
